Hello my dear ones and welcome to Jamila’s kitchen Today we will make together Nutella sweet bread flower and please stay with us to see the ingredients and instructions. For this recipe we will need 500 g flour 300 ml milk 200 g Nutella 2 Tb powdered sugar 50 g butter 2 egg yolks 1 vanilla essence 10 g dry yeast & A pinch of salt First of all we will make the leaven: we put the dry yeast into a bowl, over it we pour the milk, around 100 ml warm milk, and a little bit of flour and mix it. I add more flour, a little bit of more milk. We will get a soft dough like this which we will let to rise. After the leaven has risen we put the remaining flour in a bowl, over it we add the leaven This is how it looks like Over the leaven we add the butter which is at room temperature and it is cut in squares. It is 82% fat butter. Then we add the sugar, the yolks and salt the salt should be far from yeast and vanilla essence. Now I lower the mixer and start to mix slowly. Add the milk little by little the milk is mild warm Now I increase the mixer’s speed and knead the dough for around 5 min. The dough is ready – like this it should look like. It must be soft, but not sticky. Now made the dough into a ball and place it into a greased bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in volume. The dough has risen, so we can remove it from the bowl and cut the dough into 4 equal parts. Shape each piece into a ball. Put 3 of them aside and the 4th powder it with flour and roll it into a circle. Take a cake tin and start to cut all around to obtain a perfectly round shape Place the dough on a tray, put Nutella over the dough. Nutella it is a little warm to warm it immerse it in hot water. Spread Nutella all over the dough, but leave the edge so Nutella to not come out in the end. Put the tray aside and roll the second ball. Lay the 2nd layer on the previous one, flatten it a little bit for a good alignment. Spread again Nutella Spread again Nutella like before and repeat the procedure with the remaining 2 dough balls, except that on the last layer do not spread Nutella. I lined up the 4 layers of dough, inside I coated them with Nutella and put a glass in the center. Cut the sweetbread in quarters, then every quarter in half and every slice cut it in half to get 16 parts. After this remove the glass from the center and take two slices and twist them. Continue like this. Take again 2 slices, lift them up, close them and press well the edges to form a petal. Continue like this with remaining slices. Let the sweetbread to rise for around 15 min. After it has risen, brush it with egg yolk mixed with a tablespoon of water. Put it in preheated oven at 175 C for around 30 min. Nutella sweetbread is ready, like this it should look like after it has been baked. Let it cool completely and transfer it on to a platter. Now I will show you a section of it.
