Hello everyone! It’s sunny here 🙂 Today I am bringing to you this spring cherry blossom makeup look! This look is great for the night time! I am calling this the Spring night, cherry blossom look! I heard there are a bunch of cherry blossoms bloomed in Korea right now Are there some of you who go flower watching at night? I hope there are… Anyways, this is a look consisting of pink and dark brown colors. Let’s get started on this makeup look! Shall we? Lets begin! ESKEEEETIT First up, I’m applying this “oil base” primer It is spring, but it’s still dry and cold as hell in nyc So I’m going to apply this for a moisturized base and glowy skin This is a great primer to use if you have dry skin like I do ;_; Next up, is foundation and I’m using this cushion I’ve been obsessed with this cushion! This is the peripera mint cushion I think it’s called the mint cushion cause it’s cooling? but idk about that but it has a very nice semi-matte finish which I love, so I’ve been really digging it After this cushion, let’s apply some concealer I concealed and highlighted my face with this clio concealer I applied some to my brow bone as well To use this concealer as a primer for my eyes Today I’m blending this out with my concealer brush My eye area now looks like a clean canvas !!!!! ready for eyeshadow That was all for the foundation routine Next, with this concealer about two shades darker than my skin tone, I’m going to contour a tiny bit In korean this would be called “shading” instead of “contouring” So I made dots on where I’d normally shade my face And blended out with this foundation brush And with this same concealer, I contoured my nose a bit For a nose lift effect, I dotted under the ball of my nose and blended it out evenly since we’ve contoured our nose, I also made “aegyo-sal” with this This is a trick you can use if you don’t want to use eyeshadow to create them Next up are brows before anything, I’m going to powder up around my brows and forehead after that, I’m using my trusty ol hard formula to fill in my brows Using a shade lighter than my dark hair Im going to fill in my brows a bit more thicker and straighter today After filling in you brows with a pencil, This is a trick I’ve been doing recently This is a brow tattoo pen, which is basically a thin, liquid eyeliner form of brows and I use this to create brow like strands on the front part of my eyebrows and next, I’m using this light brown eyebrow mascara To get that brown color of the branches of a cherry blossom tree remember that branch color… we’re focusing on that today now shall we start on the eye makeup? first up, I’m using this taupe cream eyeshadow apply it all over your lids with your fingers This is the branch color Apply a little bit under your eyes too Now on, top I’m using this cherry blossomy pink color I’m applying it with a blending brush Doesn’t it look like a cherry blossom leaf on this brush? Anyways, we’re focusing this color on the center of our lids and blending away and sweep this color under the eyes too for balance it gives that “im a fragile little flower but im also crazy so back the hell away” look 😉 next, taking this coppery reddish brown shimmer color on a small shader brush, I blended this color on the outer part of my crease only And following a V shape, I blended this color under my eyes as well , only on the outer area And you can also extend the color on the outer crease and the highlight of this eye look… my fav eyeshadow as of late it’s this glittery brown color it’s a very dark brown color with these silver sparkles its the perfect cherry blossom branch color,,, We’re just adding this color on top of that shimmery copper we just blended with don’t apply this shade too far out, just stay in the circle of the blend you just did after you’ve dont that, you can’t forget a good inner corner highlight.. So I have this star powder for MUFE that’s a light pink color I’m adding this right under the tearduct and also to my inner corners of course Now that we are done with eyeshadow, let’s do eyeliner! with this black eyeliner, I filled in between my lashes after that, I’m going to create a wing I made a very thin line at first, stretching it straight outwards and then tilted the line a bit upwards the line is kinda straight but also heads upwards just make sure it’s a clean cut line cuz we always ready to cut negative ppl out of our life next, we are curling our lashes and today we’re applying lashes! I am currently obsessed with these lashes.. KISS’s natural line seriously looks so natural and pretty I’m using “shy” today I’m applying glue to this lash evenly and go middle, back front sticking it as close to do that on both sides I always use the back of the tweezer as a tool to stick on the lashes Next up, I’m applying mascara I love this mascara because of how well the curl stays put I’m using brown again to express that branch color of a cherry blossom.. (the branch color is so pretty…) I applied some mascara as if I’m coating the outer part of it Apply it on your lower lashes too if you’d like Now we’re applying blush I’m going to use this cheek polish from addiction It’s a very intense pink color at first but when you blend it’s very natural make two dots and blend with your fingers And I wanted to get a lighter white-ish pink for that flower effect I’m using this NARS blush and sweeping it right on top of the cheek polish I like putting a bit on top of my nose and forehead Now I’m going to apply highlighter under my eyes! sweep sweep and I applied a bit on the tip on my nose I sound like a broken record rn I’m tryna get that color of the BRANCH… so I’m applying this brown lip tint all over my lips like a flower leaf that goes from brown to pink to light pink to white….
